For those that don't know EFT (emotional freedom technique) principles have been around for thousands of years in the East. We here in the West don't hear about them most likely because they work. The Tapping Solution combines ancient Chinese acupressure with using psychology and the meridian points of the body to direct the flow of energy where you need it.

Tapping combines affirmations, psychology and ancient Chinese acupuncture points in the body to get some pretty powerful results. It's easy to learn and most importantly it gives power back to us to take responsibility and heal ourselves.
