I can't tell you how much I love our Excalibur dehydrator. I guess we love it so much we travel with it. I take it on family vacations. I know, I'm crazy. But we dry out our nuts we make from almond milk, we make wraps and crackers from left over vegetable pulp and so much more.
Lately we've been making raw grass fed beef jerky. It's an indispensable kitchen appliance and helps to save so much food and make, making food a much more creative process.

I love my Excalibur dehydrator. I only have the 5 tray model. But I make all kinds of things in it. I’ll dehydrate my almond pulp when I make almond milk and then combine that with some chia seeds, vegetable pulp and spices to make crackers. I’ll make mock breads, chips and grass fed beef jerky in it.
I’ll even melt at low temperatures raw cacao butter so I can make my own chocolate bars. Not to mention that it works as a perfect place to ferment my kefir milk.
