For those that don’t know Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice dating back over 6,000 years. In the Western world we think of exercise as simply a way to express our physical bodies. But there are other exercises that help to build what the Chinese refer to as Qi (chi – life force). These are exercises like Qigong, Yoga and Tai Chi.
It’s very important to incorporate these types of exercises along with our western exercises like weight lifting and power lifting. Balance is key.
